Review Topic: K1 Visa

One surprise here was that all of the paperwork (except medical) needed to be complete before an interview date would be given, so instead of just bringing the I-134 to the interview as planned, it had to be FedExed in advance. Once the interview date was scheduled, the medical just had to be done (on a walk-in basis) at least 6 days prior to the interview.

Review Topic: Waiver/Admin Review

Manuelito's visa was denied on 4/21/2008. I filed a I-601 waiver on 6/3/2008.He was intervieved for the waiver 0n 12/29/2008.Hopefully they will make a decision promptly. They were very nice at the embassy and we didn't have to wait all day for them to wait on us.
