Went in quickly as I was the first that day.
I sorted my papers in order then I was called to a window. I submitted the papers and answered some basic questions. My fingerprints were also taken.
I waited for around another 20 minutes then I was called into the interview room. I was asked few more questions then as well. Given that my husband also lived in Lebanon they requested to provide additional documents that prove that he will be returning to the US at the same time as I am. Although I had some papers with me for that, it wasn't enough... My passport was returned and I was given instructions on how to send the papers. This delayed my application process.
Everyone was very friendly and nice.

Long queue but smooth process, officer was nice and friendly
Questions:

1. What is your husband’s name?
2. How did he go to the US?
3. Where is he living?
4. Who is living with him?
5. When was the last time you two met?
6. Did you travel in the past?
7. Where did you travel in the past?
8. How did you two meet?
9. Is your husband Iranian?
10. How long has he been in the US?
11. What is his job?
12. What do you do?
13. What are your plans in the US?
14. Were you married before?
15. Do you have kids?

I made an appointment online before I even left the US to have the Certificate of Non Impediment certified by the US Embassy. I had all my documentation ready and arrived at the appointed time. I was in and out of the embassy in 35 minutes.
