my appointment was at 8:30am, I got there at 7am and there was already one lady at the gate.
at 7:30am, the line started to be longer, so I recommend you to get there early. Got in to the buliding at 8am, got out at 10:30am.
they didn't ask to show any evidence of fiance relationship.
the officer asked me to tell about how our relationship started, when we got engaged, how many times we visited each other, when and where we are planning to marry. I was missing a document that shows his status as a legal US citizen, they asked him to send the original natiralization certificate but as soon as they recieve it, they will issue me the visa.

Showed up 45 minutes early at 8:15AM, was done by 10:45AM. Only a few questions asked (Does the petitioner have a job, are the beneficiaries parents planning on coming to the wedding, when is she planning on coming to the US) and they gave the approval.
Nice woman interviewer and no problems

According to my wife, the interview and everything went smoothly. She was even surprised at how quickly the interview went. They told her that her case was easy and only asked her a few questions. Didn't ask for pictures, but she said some of the others there were asked for pictures, so come prepared. My wife had the english speaking CO and the others had the Japanese speaking COs. Only thing she complained about was the long wait. She arrived at 8:45 for a 9:30 appointment, but had to wait around 2 hours before she was called for her documents. Then another wait of around 1/2 hour before fingerprints, then another wait of over an hour to be called for interview. She was given a number upon entering the embassy, so must still be first come first served even if you have appointment time. So go early and get the English speaking CO if you have a choice. But she was approved so all is GOOD!!!
