Terrible, bought the kitchen sink and the CO never bother to look at most of them. Why do they bother to ask us to bring evidences of relationship besides pictures anyway?
At the end saids everything is okay but given blue slip for more background checks (2 months) even after 8 months+ of name check.
2 months passed by and nothing, have to get Senator involved to move things along.
GZ seems to be very picky about K1 these days.

The consulate asked only three questions before granting her a K1 visa, what is your fiance's name, how many times did he come to China to see you and where does he get his money? Perhaps the best part was that she only spent a few minutes at the window, it was fast. In fact, it was so fast when she turned around after passing everybody that was waiting for their interview clapped and smiled. Obviously, that brought a huge smile to my little ladies face. The interviewer, an American male who spoke fluent Mandarin, was very polite and courteous. Every detail went smoothly for us so we have no complaints whatsoever with the consulate in Guangzhou.

We arrived in Guangzhou 5 days before interview to be able to do medical, and prepare for interview.
From another board (A Candle for Love) I learned of inexpensive apartments for rent in the same building as the consulate, we stayed in one, and the appartment owner is a nice gentleman who knows how to organize the paperwork.
The morning of the interview I accompanied my fiancee to the 4th floor of the building where I then gave her my passport to present to the consular officer along with hers when he asked to see hers, this shows that I am in Gunagzhou to support her.
The interview was straight forward, a few simple questions and one trick question.
"How many children does your husband have" answer, "He is my fiancee, and he has no children".

We are well prepared and all the evidences are clear and right-to-the-point. The interview is easy and short. Only five questions are asked. The VO is a nice handsome young white male. Thanks to VisaJourney.com. Thanks to the VO.
