Very efficient. I had an 8am appointment and was expecting to spend two to three hours there but was done in 50mins. All the staff were friendly. Interview itself lasted for maybe 10-15mins. I haven't done my medical yet, so have been refused until medical and passport are sent back to them. They asked for my passport, birth certificate, police checks and marriage/divorce papers (didn't have those). They did not ask for I-134 or any supporting evidence, but I had it with me, just in case.
Giving it a 4/5 rating purely because the environment was very much like an airport, which is not so pleasant.

I had my interview at the Sydney Consulate on 28 April 2023.
I was asked the following questions:
How did you meet?
Where did you meet?
Where did you physically meet?
What is the total amount of time you have physically seen each other?
Where will you live in the USA?
Why did you stay in the USA for 4 months on ESTA?
What does your fiancé do for work?
What do you do for work?
Be prepared to sit on the wooden bench in the consulate for roughly two hours. The benches are very hard and there is nothing to lean your back against.

Sydney Consulate was great. Smooth process. The best advice is to be very prepared with all your documents

The process was very straightforward, the entire “interview†lasted about 5 minutes. I didn’t have to provide any evidence of the relationship. They only wanted to see the required documents (i.e. medical report, police checks, etc.). I was denied/refused on the spot because I had ordered the incorrect type of police report from both Australia and New Zealand. The immigration officer handed me a piece of paper and told me I needed to submit the correct police reports before my case would be approved.
