Hey my vj family... i knw ive seen this topic a few times or more ... But plz .. Help me out... My lov ... My hubby was approved a few days ago @ the jamaican embassy ... They gave him a ticket ( AIRWAY BILL) with ten numbers on it... ! How can i start trackin it.. Or finding out when it can be picked up @ ( DHL) thank u so much... !!!! sis&sull!!

Well .. Thats the samething that happened 2 mi.. When i seen (sif) ... I was scared 2 call nvc again .. So some1 said if u check ur invoice on line ..for ur i864 payment ... If it say (sif) that case is complete at nvc... So im guessin thats ur case! happy 4 u... Plz let mi knw if its really true...! gud luck..... Sis&sull

Hey Vj family ...! jus wanted 2 know when ur approved at ur embassy in they give u the paper 2 pay DHL fee ... Can u pay extra 4 visa 2 be ( picked up or delivered ) I dnt knw why it should be a problem....! oh yeah .. Any1 fr embassy in jamaica has any idea about this! thanks fam..! Sis&sull

I sent my hubbys by mail express postal ... Took less then a week ! 2 show on line,.. It dnt really matter cause sometimes u cant get the barcode on line when it say paid ... U have 2 wait for NVC 2 send the barcode sheet in the mail.... i got that in less then 2 wks... Hope this helps ... Gud luck vj fam,.... Sis&sull

Dnt worry .... I did the same thing u did ... Put in ssn .. Then the yr tax transcripts i needed ... N i was sooo happy 2 see them n my mail box a fews days after that... I knw 4 sure it was less then 10 days... Jus wait its comin! gud luck.... Sis&sull..

Thanks 4 the reply ... I sent off everything 2 nvc orignals thats the problem i dnt have copys of it .... I have the sponsers ( copys only) of the birth cer, job letter and passport data page... Thats the only things i have copys of .... But like i said they do have the orignals of the 1040 & w2s for 2010 ... And transcripts for 2009 & 2008... i was askin would it b a problem 4 my husband nt havin a copy of just the 3yrs taxes ....? ( the embassy do have the orignals i sent 2 NVC) thank u so much ....! I dnt knw if this will b any help for u..n hubby but when we sent off documents to nvc ( almost at the end of our journey) i went to my doctors and asked for a paper signed n dated with name etc.. And when our baby will b born.. It has all the docs info on it! idk maybe that can help.....! gud luck! Sis&sull

No.. it will not be a problem.... you have one year to make this payment. This payment could have been made while you're in Jamaica. You asked what's next.. you'll be given a barcode sheet to send in with the associated documents for the AOS. Then you'll pay the Immigrant Visa (IV) fee of $404.00.. then another barcode will be available for you to print and you will send it along with ALL the associated documents... they are reviewed.. you case is completed by th NVC and a visa appointment will be scheduled at the kingston embassy for your husband.

For what it's worth, unless it's a brand new job, I prefer using recent pay stubs to getting an employer letter. Works like a charm. Regardless of your employer letter, I recommend including at least a couple most recent pay stubs.

hey vj memebers wat if u dont have pay stubs .. i have everything else needed im self employed i get payed off the books .. i do file taxes every yr and i have letter head paper from my boss.. what do u think ..

do also need bank statements as well .. oh yeah my mom is also the co/spo.. :help:

I read another review and it stated that the petitioner is not allow to attend the interview any longer, did you hear anything about that?
