Thanks for the congratulations I got my AOS interview letter one month before the interview. If it makes any difference I had an MSC number. When did you file for your AOS? (I can't find the link to your timeline, lol.)

I didn't file for AP because I accumulated too many out of status days (over 180) and if you overstay you can't exit and re-enter the US, even with AP. You'll notice on my TL that it took us over a year to file for AOS They forgive out of status days for K1s once they've received their green card, but not before then, even with AP.

Oh, when you said "here we come" I thought you meant you were going there too? LOL I just woke up, still working on my coffee. Good luck with your AOS!

I'm actually pretty new to Brampton (moved here about 2 years ago.) I live in the Bramalea area. It's okay I guess XD I used to live in rural Ontario so it was a big change.

Thanks for asking, it's nice of you I started a thread so other people can read about my experience. It's unfortunate yours wasn't as smooth. But you're almost there! You just have the interview to go now I bet the interview will go smoothly for you since you seem pretty prepared.

My medical went well. I took a taxi and was first in line. I actually got to the doors at 5:35- wasn't expecting the drive to be so quick, haha. There weren't any issues, they just did the x ray, took blood, did a physical exam etc. and nothing was wrong with my vaccines. The secretary started the paperwork at about 6:20 (she let me in super early) and I was out of there by 7:20.
