On the USCIS website it said NOA1 december 2nd. When i log in it says, last update on december 10th.

So, when you file for the K1, theres no way to just go and visit The States? That sounds kinda crazy!

First, you take the effort to file and pay for it and then you cant go visit your loved one?

I fly back and forth each month for two weeks. Just filed for K1 two weeks ago!

Sent on the 30th of November and my fiancee got the reciept in the mail today 11-09 from USCIS (would this qualify as NOA1??)

Wish i had more details, but she fell asleep on the couch i guess...
