    I understand what you mean. Basically he has two timed the second wife by abandoning her in a different country and remarrying. Unfortunately he received his green card by marrying me and then once he was close to getting his citizenship he bailed on the marriage. I filed for divorce eventually. He is marrying for money from what I have understood so far. Of course I cannot prove this about his third marriage, but he took a lot of money via blackmail from my family and I. When he was not successful with taking money from his second wife then he abandoned her since their marriage was not legally registered with the city of the country she lives in. I guess it’s a long shot for the second wife to send her complaint.

    Thank you for your reply. i am actually his first wife and his second wife contacted me. He has not officially divorced his second wife (as per her the marriage was not registered and only a religious ceremony was performed) so I am pretty sure he lied on his application with the third one otherwise he cannot legally marry his third wife and sponsor her. He is a US citizen and petitioner (naturalized recently). Thank you for the information and I will let the other lady know that she needs to send her marriage proof to the embassy.

    Hello everyone, I need to know to how to send a letter or email of complaint to the US Islamabad Embassy about someone who is doing fraud marriages and ruining women’s lives. This is his third marriage and he has abandoned his second wife in between without an official divorce (basically lied on the application that he was only married once prior). I have his name, date of birth and full address in the US. I am not sure if I need his passport number as well. Please be kind when responding since these are the type of cases that ruin it for everyone else who are genuinely married.
