misterbigtoe got a reaction from TBoneTX in One Way International Airline Ticket...Any Issue?
I beg to differ as my own experience has been to the contrary.
Planned to do the same thing as the OP and at least one airline "American" in my case refused to book one way travel. I ended up traveling one way with a different airline with no issues.
Unfortunately, airlines are in the immigration business as they must verify that passengers have appropriate travel documents for their transit points and final destination.
In my case, Mongolia requires no visa for travelers from the U.S. but does require them to leave within 90 days of admission. The countrys immigration laws though do not require one to have the departure booked as a condition for admission. American was misinterpreting the entry/exit requirements and simply refused to reevaluate their interpretation when presented with more accurate information.
Short answer is that one way travel depends on the entry/exit regs for Laos and the airline interpreting those regs correctly.

So, now comes the fun part! REUNION!
How soon do you think your family will be emigrating from Mongolia?
I can't tell you how fun it will be to share all those firsts when they get here! Remember how exotic your first stay in the developing world or Mongolia seemed? So it will be for them arriving here!
We returned to the states in late May and the green trees and grass were a hit!

Read about our CR-1 interview in Ulaanbaatar ULN here
    our ULN CR-1 interview
At least in our case, they were satisfied with what they already had received from the states. At the time of document intake, my wife was able to insist on entering a few additional pages of photos but they were really not interested in any additional evidence from the two binders of documentation I had prepared for her. The questions we were asked in the interview were more superficial than we expected, no additional documents were requested and all went smoothly.
Agree with TBoneTX, si man, on the front-loading of the USCIS petition as it eventually goes to the consulate in it's entirety and is probably the primary consideration in how your interview is conducted.

In any event, the OP should present whatever information/evidence she does have and let ICE handle it. If that is all that she can do, then she will have done all she can.

True, but the story as told certainly rings of fraud and in many cases there is no "smoking gun". If it is indeed fraud then it is sociopathic behaviour by definition and the OP should take whatever steps are necessary to insure that another sociopath is allowed to undermine what is left of our society. We produce enough of our own.

The best course of action is to thoroughly study the guides and wiki. Thoroughly research the process on the official sites (USCIS, NVC and DOS/Consulate) and have a thorough understanding of the law, the steps and procedures involved. Next, if you have questions, use the search and if you find answers compare them with what you have learned from your own research. If you do not find the answer you are looking for, then post your question and again, compare the answers with what you have learned. VJ is a wonderful resource but nothing found on the forums can be assumed to be the best answer or advice.
No two immigration cases are identical and no two paths through the maze are the same so there is a wealth of collective experience here to be shared. There are those who give incorrect answers off the cuff out of ignorance, those who give answers correct in their own case and consulate but not yours and those who give great advice. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine the difference.
The process is long, so when you are bored and have nothing better to do, spend some time in the OT and P&R area and have fun as that is where the hearts are to be found.

Climate change is no threat to the world (planet). Climate change isn't even a threat to the human species. NEO's and the periodic shifting of the earth's magnetic poles, not to mention trying to exist on a planet with an unstable surface and a molten core, that is orbited by an unusually large moon that constantly stresses that surface, pose much greater dangers to humankind. But the planet don't care. Really. The rock was here before humans, and will be here after humans. Worrying about climate change is like worrying about graffiti on the World Trade Center before 9/11/2001.
No, people worry about useless ####### they think they can do something about, when they should just be happy they woke up this morning free to complain about such useless #######.

This is wrong. It has not been tested, little researched and far from conclusive. I will repeat what I have said before. A science has to be able to withstand peer reviewing, has to be able to be replicated, can't omit any facts that disagree, can't withhold any data or omit data to make the facts fit. Can't be one sided.

Some folks indeed distrust scientists and "experts".
Others on the other hand place an amount of blind trust in scientists and "experts" equal to that which a suckling infant places in its mother.
A few among us view the world through lenses of healthy skepticism wherein we investigate theories...............examine facts...............explore motives..........and draw conclusions.
Proving general relativity is a bit heavy and as Einstein seemed to have a pretty good handle on the science, there does not seem to be much debate about it, he had no apparent profit motive tied to his scientific conclusions and I am not surrounded by plainly obvious evidence contrary to the theory, I am relatively comfortable having faith in that theory. Anthropogenic climate change..................................................not so much.

    Defense largesse
    Excerpt:
Will nations with an equally strong interest in keeping the peace simply faint on their divans whenever a commerce-threatening war breaks out? Of course not. Even the French are perfectly capable of keeping the sea lanes open.
The reality is that much of the world is free-riding off the security provided by American military dominance. Were American taxpayers to refuse to bear so much of the burden of keeping the world safe for Danish container ships, other countries would surely step up. Furthermore, considerations of basic distributive fairness suggest they should.

Please do not try to mislead people into believing advice or information comes from USCIS or any other US government agency unless you know for certain that it does. While the information may, indeed, be accurate, the source is not an official US government source.

    DO NOT LEAVE THE US.
You could be detained, but since you are clearly eligible to adjust status, you won't be deported. She will not be in any trouble at all for being married to you. I assume by "sending paperwork in" you mean applying for your Greencard? Someone from her work said if you apply for residency you will get deported? No.
Overstay is forgiven/irrelevant for spouses of US Citizens, as a courtesy to the USC. Illegal work is also irrelevant/forgiven, as long as you haven't fabricated a SSN or claimed to be a USC. You will also need to pay taxes on your previous income.
You should file for Adjustment of Status straightaway. You will get your Greencard in 3-5 months. If you left the US you would trigger a ban for reentering on any visa.
Once the paperwork is accepted for initial review, you will begin a NEW period of authorized stay. Do not apply for the temporary travel permission, called Advance Parole, because you can't use it (though you will be approved for it). Wait until you have the GC to travel.

Your inability to remain on topic is likely some form of psychiatric disorder in which you are too distracted by the voices in your head to fully comprehend what it is that is being discussed. The Truth is that you have been a far greater mastur of baiting within this thread than posting anything substantive.
FWIW, 20 years ago I was offered 30K in cash for my US passport while in a not to be named south- Asian country. It was not a bargain I wanted any part in. Used to happen a lot from what I was told, not so sure if it still does or not.
See, it is really not so difficult to remain on topic!
