I read here people's horror stories about the call center, but my experience has always been pleasing. I let them know that I am aware they cannot give me more info, but to at least forward me to an officer who can. Last time I called I was forwarded to another person, who was saying the same BS and I asked again to be connected to someone who can be more specific. That may have helped.
