    Hello Omar,
I do wish you the best of luck. However, I just strongly doubt they will approve your visa. It will actually be a big surprise for me if they do. 26 years of age difference is a big red flag when it comes to Cairo, and Casablanca US consulates specifically. The Consulate Officer typically knows that this is completely very uncommon in the Egyptian culture and traditions that the man be younger, and with that many years like in your case. He knows that Egyptian men always like younger girls, who had no prior relations, and even Egyptian families don't usually bless this types of marriages.
Add to that the circumstances like she is from a different nationality, and the way she she got naturalized and became a US citizen, getting divorced immediately, then marrying you so shortly after that!! They are all factors that lead the Consulate Officer to a strong belief that this marriage is solely for immigration purposes....
I wish you the best of luck, and please keep us posted...

You shouldn't really worry too much about filing another K1 in the future. You never know where and in what circumstances you will meet your future spouse.
However, canceling a K1 is not a barrier from filing future ones.

I strongly agree with San Diego... Actually this is the first thing that I thought of, when I read the post. If her visa was denied for that reason, then her ex-fiance should have gone through the same thing... and would have not been able to apply for a new fiancee, till he cancels the first one... makes lot of sense...
However, I think she should have disclosed all this to you prior to starting the whole process, so you can address those issues and get them resolved first.
I am glad you are putting into consideration the possibility of being scammed... We can never know the real intentions of someone. It is just the fact that this is the second time she falls in love with an American raises an immediate red flag. Visajourney is full of all this type of stories. Every time the American citizen (the victim) says NO WAY..... this can't be, later on finds out that everything is possible.....

Listen sir, before you rush into judgements you need to know that we clearly stated that she is not a US citizen. The medicaid worker called us and asked us to fax whatever documents we have and she will find out what she can do and if there is anything available for people in our situtation. Few days later we found out that she approved us. We don't know the law. All what we do is apply, be honest, and that's what we did. The decision was made by her not us.... so it was her mistake not ours. The only way I found out was when I went online to add my new born baby to the household. That is when I found out a check mark has been placed next to my wife being a citizen.
Luckily, the medicaid account still shows the original application that we submitted, and it clearly say NOOOOOOOOOO to the question asking about my wife being a citizen..
DID YOU GET IT???? PLEASE BE HELPFUL OR JUST STAY SILENT
