    NOA 1 approved on May 17th 2010
    touched Oct 21 st 2010
    noa2 waiting
    Finally, NOA 2 approved on Oct 21st, thank GOD!
    File moved to NVC , arrived and enter in the system on Oct 27th.
    Received email from NVC on Nov 11 th from NVC to pay the 2 fees .

    i have sent an email to NVC technical dept, but it has been 2 days! any day waiting it is toom uch for mesince i have been waiting for a long time for my beloved wife! thanks for any comment or update.

      You email the NVC regarding the NVC website for the payment. It is already working now, i just check my payment there today.
