    NOA 1 approved on May 17th 2010
    touched Oct 21 st 2010
    noa2 waiting
    Finally, NOA 2 approved on Oct 21st, thank GOD!
    File moved to NVC , arrived and enter in the system on Oct 27th.
    Received email from NVC on Nov 11 th from NVC to pay the 2 fees .

    NVC website for payments is not working!!! when clcking to go next page to enter checks infos it freezes!!, what should i do?
