Hi, I was going crazy calling NVC everyday and I had given up when I had saw this on a post from another person and decided to give it a try. I went to www.dhl.com clicked Express then Tracking, then Track by Shipper's Reference, on this page you add your search info..You change the day and month to what you think your's might have left NVC
EXAMPLE:
* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A
* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011
* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011
Account Number - Leave this blank
Shipment Destination: Egypt / You Choose your Country
The day I was trying this I saw a package had left for Egypt. I thought could that be our's? I called the NVC and I was told our package had gone out. The one I had saw was our's I was so happy. I just checked our's it's at the Sorting Center in Egypt now, it's moving fast

Interview (in person) for Adjustment of Status
Eventually most people (see exception below) will receive a letter from the CIS informing you of your interview date. It will include instructions on what to bring to the interview and any required items you may need to complete before hand. One of the most critical items requested will be "evidence of the relationship" which proves that your marriage is true and faithful (i.e. photos, joint checking account, joint lease, joint mortgage, and birth certificates of children if any, etc.). Also, it is important to bring the current passport of the beneficiary to the interview. The interview is fairly painless and may be video recorded and lasts between 15-30 minutes. If approved you will be mailed your "green-card" shortly after the interview date (weeks).
Interview Exception. In some cases a beneficiary's Adjustment of Status case may be transfered to the California Service Center (possibly another location) where the CIS will attempt to complete processing without requirinig an "in person" interview. There is no particular way to know if this will happen to your case however if this does happen then you will not be required to attend an interview in person. If the I-485 is approved the beneficiary's green card will simply be mailed to them.

Update for anyone tracking their package:
As I was searching www.dhl.com I noticed some are written EXP 13 JUL 2012A and some are written EXP 13 JUL2012A as you do the searching try both ways to find packages going to your country.

Hello, This how to make your own Passport Photos Cheap.
To show you how cheap, You can make 12 Passport Photos for 41 cents.
Take a Photo with a Digital Camera
*The camera should be placed at the eye level of the person being photographed and at least 4 feet (1.25 meters) away.
*Minimize the distance between the person being photographed and the background to reduce shadows on the background
*Make sure to include the person's upper body and have space above the head in the viewfinder or screen display of yourcamera.
*Try to eliminate shadows that are caused by overhead lighting
*Ensure the background is well lit, white or off-white, and free of patterns, objects, textures, etc.

After you have taken your photo and downloaded it to your computer go to:

Screen 1 - Upload
( 1 ) Click Browse to add the photo you downloaded
( 2 ) Tick the small box

( 2 ) When you see the photo is to your liking Tick the box, 8 US passport photos 2x2 inches (51x51mm)
Screen 4 – Download
( 1 ) Click on the photo where it says - <-- Click here to download your 10x15 cm (4x6") photo set
( 2 ) Save it to your computer in jpeg format

Save the photo you download to your pc toa flash memory , go to any photo print shop and have this printed on 4 x 6 paper (6 photos)
Iprinted two 4 x 6 prints , 12 photos for 41 cents online at Walmart.com . I Sent them to my local Walmart for pick up and they were ready in one hour.

This is how I did it:
Sign in or Register at Walmart.com
Then Go to:

At the top of the page - Click Upload Photos
An Upload screen will appear – you can upload to a new album or an existing album
Click on Select Photos
( if it doesn't work for you, select the Basic Upload below it to download your photo)
Then click Upload Photo
On the next page you will Click On – See Entire Album
Click on the photo in the white area –you will see a larger image on this screen showing how your passport photos will look
On the right of your photos you will see a Blue Box that reads " Do More" Click Get Prints
Click Standard Prints
On the next screen Click on your photo
Then Click Add To Cart
On the next screen you will see- Options for all prints
I chose:
Print Finish: Matte
Duplicate Prints: 4 x 6 ( I chose 2 =12 prints ) If you only need 6 passport photos one print will cost you 19 cents
Click on Preview Your Prints
When finished Proceed To Checkout
I chose 1 Hour Pick up at My Local Walmart store . I paid online and had to only give my name to the cashier at the photo lab and he gave me the prints with no waiting.
Most photo centers I called wanted from 7 -8 Dollars for 2 passport photos. This is a Great Money Saver
