    OMG I went to get my 693 done today and he said I had to have another flu vaccination as it is flu season here and I need to have one, he would not transcribe vacc supp over till I have it,. Thank goodness for Walgreens lol Was going to send 485 off this weekend now have to wait till Monday ggrrr had a flu shot last december with my medical.
