I forgot to mention that we indeed filed 2011 taxes as married/jointly. We've also submitted three affidavits from my co-workes.

We've finally submitted i-751 packet few day ago and received NOA already. The problem is:

my wife dosen't have any bills in her name or other things like lease and auto insurance. We submitted

copies of few credit cards, she doesn't use them much and thus no statements were sent in her name. We also

sent copies of our family health insurance showing myself, wife and baby's insurance cards, plus printout from insurance's

site showing all three names there. We've also submitted paper showing my wife listed as a beneficiary on my retirement account. About

20 pictures of us with baby and relatives, some from before and after the marriage, also our baby's birth certificate and finally chat log for about

7-8 month of time. I think this is not enough, please let me know what you think

Yes: as long as it arrives at USCIS within the 90-day window, you'll be fine.

It has nothing to do with your anniversary date. On the green card it should have a 'residence since" date. 90 days before that date you may file for removal of conditions

Should we file I-751 (removal of conditions) exactly 90 days before 2 year anniversary? My wife came here in April 16 2011 and I believe

her green card has the same date.

@Rob11715 - Can I also include my daughter's DS-3032 form together with my wife's form when sending(fedex) it to NVC? My wife is not appointing anybody as agent and my daughter is appointing my wife as her agent.

I think these are two separate cases, better not to confuse them, but that's only my opinion.

I sent all my docs using Fedex.

Apologies in advance if this question has been answered several times before, but after reading ds-230 guides, NVC section on USCIS website and other forum posts I'm still not 100% clear on the issue.

What needs to be sent with DS-230? Just original copies, original copies and photocopies, just photocopies, nothing at all???? Also, if copies are sent do they have to be certified or are photocopies sufficient as they will be inspecting the originals at the interview?

Applying for IR1/CR1 and our consulate will be AMS The Netherlands and the beneficiary is German. The documents are all currently in the Netherlands with the beneficiary. She will be bringing 1. Marriage cert 2. Birth cert 3. Police records 4. Copy of my IRS transmittal 5. Her passport (duh).

Only originals or certified. NVC sends originals to the embassy.

OMG! I received interview date! March 29th!

Im so happy right now, i just wanna share what i felt today. I called the NVC and they have interview date for my mom this coming March 14. I wish they will send me the email so that i can let my mom to go to Manila and have her medical done.
