OP if you paid an amount of money to become a member of that website,it is an IMB,if not,it is not

technically every petitioner is given the right to go to the interview with the beneficiary,however,in reality it is different.
you can email your embassy and ask them directly,and get an email from them stating that you can enter the embassy for the interview as well

1.AP is an extended and final background check.men and women of high fraud and terrorist countries ( by DOHS and DOS standards ) are put through AP,women get cleared faster than men tho
2.It can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to maximum a year
3.It usually means he is approved BUT there have been rare cases of denial during AP,its not common but it happens,specially if they find information during this period that were not presented at the interview.

My consulate officer told me my ap could take up anywhere from two weeks to six months. We stayed in Ankara for a week after my interview and when we came back, before I even got to unpack or before my husband even got to the states, I saw my name . So on and all it took us like a week and a half, two weeks to get cleared. However if you're the beneficiary and a male Iranian citizen, chances of you having a short AP are extremely low.specially in summer time because it's when most Iranians try to schedule their interviews because of the weather in Ankara

Since yours is spouse visa you have to be there and your name will be on the appointment list too.the CO asked me about my then fiancés flights, the airports he was at on the way to Ankara ( which led me to think we were going to spend another week in Ankara so I did not see our short AP coming )she asked where we met, we met on yahoo, she asked which chartroom, she asked what Iranian youth talk about in chartrooms,when we met, what he did, where he was stationed at ( he is a Marine ) she asked me to sum up our relationship, on and all, if I would have known how ... Not easy but rather friendly and comforting the CO was gonna be I would have felt better.I spent four hours inside but I was so scared and stressed I didn't even notice it.also they have a rather strong AC inside the waiting area, so I suggest bringing a light jacket or blazer or something just in case, I was freaking scared off my mind so that didn't help...at all with the AC, me being cold and all that. It was good, I definitely got scared over nothing.

this has got to be one of the most over asked questions ever,i suggest mods put together a guide in the form of FAQ for k-1,to eliminate such posts.no offense to op

I honestly doubt they would put someone in handcuffs and slap a lifetime band on them for being half Arabic. However him coming to America to finish school on visa waiver program ? Yeah, that's the bigger issue.as far as you staying in Italy illegally, if they feel as bad about it as Americans do, it's best for you to go back home and get the proper visa and go back to Italy. Because if they catch you, all bridges will be burnt and you and your fiance will have nowhere to go as a couple.

Other than telling USCIS if you move, nothing. And, when you file for ROC within the last 90 days before Conditional GC expiration (not before!), your Conditional GC will be extended for 1 year (or until your 10 yr GC approval).

The NOA1 for the ROC serves as a one-year extension of your GC. You use that paper + old GC to travel while the ROC is pending. If your ROC goes longer than a year, you can get a I-551 stamp in your passport, but it shouldn't take that long.

First, you should always make sure to tell everybody on VJ every time Chinook does something wrong like that. She definitely needs to do everything just like you do it.
Second, I believe the ice cream problem is a tribal issue. You should probably consult the village elders for help with that. Let them know how she's been acting and see what advice they give. Buy boats if necessary. But, again, make sure that everybody on VJ knows all the details.
Third, your Filipina eats ice cream? My Filipina eats ice cream too? That must mean all Filipinas eat ice cream. But, my Filipina doesn't really go for vanilla. Does that mean mine is the conservative, province Filipina or did I get one of the liberal, big city Filipinas?
Fourth, I must stress this to you one more time. Always share with us whenever Chinook does something wrong. This is the key to a happy marriage; sharing private issues with total strangers.
