Morality would be you stumbling upon an evidence and then turn the evidence in. This case is you taking the law into your own hands trying to set up someone you call a friend. You should let this one go as you know you have no evidence to prove anything. Trying to set up an evidence might get even you in trouble.

I respect the honest disagreement. Read your post once again in response to the OP and others that support it. You have completely disagreed but did that in a mature way. You gave it out straight without insulting/commanding/belittling anyone. That is what we are talking about....it's ok to disagree! While you are at it, this is not a boot-camp. You also said "this is the internet" like what you can't say face to face is right to say on here. I am sure this site was intended to help not bash. That said, If you want to give me water because I'm thirsty, why splash it on my face? If you want to feed me because I'm hungry, why toss it on the ground for me when you wouldn't do that to your dog?

I have seen many people come on this site feeling helpless after a heartbreaking disappointment either from a denied petition, complications, or just trying to prepare for what’s ahead. In their quest for directions, I have observed people kick them while they were down. I have observed mockery. I have observed sarcasm with disrespectful intentions. I have observed bullies and I have observed disrespectful tones either in response to the OP or a participant’s comment.
Just before you make a comment, bear in mind this site is rich in diversity, and you can’t use your own cultural exposure to judge others’.

For your imformation I submitted my petition back in September and did it all my lonely self and I have yet to receive and RFE. I was simply asking asking on USCIS.GOV it says "I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN". That is why I asked because it says Fiance in there.

I do not think this is a good advice. Withdrawing this petition to file another would take more time and it does not stop the AP when it comes to it. If she withdraws and refiles a different petition, USCIS will still conduct the same background check and the reason they were put in AP previously might still be there and still take as much time. Withdrawing to file another might even raise more red flags.

Sorry if I sound naive but I find it very difficult to believe a USC will go through the whole expenses and troubles involved in getting an alien over here and then not want to be responsible for their baby (I might be wrong). If he satisfied the 2 year meet-in-person thing, signed affidavit of support, payed for the documents and tests needed, payed for the flight, and payed for everything else when she came over, it sounds like he should be responsible enough to continue to meet expectations (although not always true and I might be wrong). We are only hearing one side of the story, what reasons did your cousin give you for her husband's sudden nonchalance? Once again, I might have it all wrong. My advise would be to contact a lawyer and see how her case stands.

Peeing in your own backyard at 1 in the morning
Mooning another adult
Grabbing the arm of a kid who ran in front of your car (as you were moving in traffic).
Skinny Dipping
Walking from your bathroom to your bedroom naked after a shower (neighbor kid looking in your window)
18 year old boy having sex with 16 or 17 year old girlfriend
Drunk, peeing behind a dumpster in an alley

Further, some states are putting kids as young as 10 on the list!
Don't equate AWA with punishing Sexual Predators because it casts a wide net that ensnares more who shouldn't be that who should. Why aren't sex crime rates dropping if the List and other such bogus laws are working?
The one part they got right was the Disclosure of petitioner's past criminal record and that's not even part of AWA, it's part of IMBRA! If you want to get around that just marry her and IMBRA doesn't apply!
