  1. Cracking under the pressure? Not likely and I am not stressed the least. As far as sarcasism, I may be the best at that but only to people who really need it.

Gary replied as he normally does. He takes any chance he has to belittle a poster here to show how smart he is.

I get very annoyed at all the repeat posts on topics answered many times before that if they would take 5 minutes they could answer themselves. I just reply read, read, read.

  2. You are really on a roll with the sarcastic comments lately. Why do you bother wasting your own time when you could just as easily close the window and let someone else answer? People post here because they're confused. It's great that you understand the process so well but not everybody gets this stuff as easily as you do. If you don't want to use your knowledge of the process (which I know you know a lot about) to be helpful, why even bother?

The MODS are aware of him and his stupid sarcasm so they choose to not take action strict enough that he will stop or restrain himself. Hopefully others will chime in to get his type removed from here.

I used to visit another forum related to foriegn brides. There were a couple of guys that were very knowledgable butcompletely arrogant A holes. They run people away from the site, like me and the site is REALLY inactive.

  3. That is a guestimation based on the information that members here put into thier own timeline. This by far isn't a guarantee. For example using myself, my NOA1 was dated July 12 and Igors list estimated ( guestimated ) approval around October 22. Well CSC stopped processing K1 petitions and that pusshed mine back so far that Igors list wouldnt even guess at the approval date.

2 months later, CSC started processing again and my approval was estimated around December 01 but I figured a week after that maybe. Good news is that is was approved on Nov. 19th.

What does this mean????? Sit back, get comfortable and prepare to wait so you can wait some more.

Spend your time here reading and also read up at your countrys U.S. Embassy's website.

Setup your timeline here and you bio info. It will help people to answer your questions since each embassy may be different.

    Good luck.

  4. Requesting transcripts (individuals):

You have two easy and convenient options for getting copies of your federal tax return information--tax return transcripts and tax account transcripts--by phone or by mail.

Request transcripts by calling 1-800-908-9946, or order by mail using IRS Form 4506T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return). We do not charge a fee for transcripts. Allow two weeks for delivery.

    Definitions:

A tax return transcript shows most line items from your tax return (Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ) as it was originally filed, including any accompanying forms and schedules. It does not reflect any changes you, your representative or the IRS made after the return was filed. In many cases, a return transcript will meet the requirements of lending institutions such as those offering mortgages and for applying for student loans.

A tax account transcript shows any later adjustments either you or the IRS made after the tax return was filed. This transcript shows basic data, including marital status, type of return filed, adjusted gross income and taxable income.

  5. Well I was hoping to be able to squeak in under the old appointment system but it wasn't meant to be. LOL. So it is Dec. 01st. I have my NOA2 in hand as well as my NVC case number. Here are my questions.

I plan on paying for the VISA interview fee ($350) this Thursday. I should be able to make the appointment within 24 hours. How long does it usually take before my Fiancee recieves her letter from the embassy that she is eligible for appointment scheduling? She is in Bohol.

Does she need this letter so she can get the medical exam completed or will they mail her an appointment confirmation letter that she will need for the medical exam.

The new scheduling website looks decent but I have seen a few issues. It appears to be based around the 160 app. which we dont use for K-1 in PH. You can download and print your appointment letter for the medical exam but has anyone actually tried this yet? That would be great because I can mail it to her faster than the PH mail system can.

VJ should make a sticky about our experiences using the new system. It could be benifit.

  6. I see for the I-134 that it requests several recent pay stubs, the last few years of w-2's and the last few 1040 forms. Should I send her my complete tax return for the last three years or can I just send the last 3 1040 page in itself? Pretty big change in the shipping cost.

With all that I mentioned above included with the 134, is a letter from my bank still needed or just an additional supporting document?

    TX.

  7. I am on my phone so excuse me if I am offbase here. The home equity is of value towards the 125%. He owns the home outright which provides him security for a loan in tough times as needed. That is why they ask about home, property and life insurance. The fact that he is disabled is irrelivant. Equity is equity.

The child is a minor. He as the legal gaurdian of her recieves the money on her behalf for support of her So this is income. A savings bond issued to her can be cashed, no questions ask since she is a minor regardless of who purchased it for her. I see know difference.

Shouldnt he be looking at 125% for the support of two not 3?. I dont have a pc to look at the 134 rules.
