Yep, I am one of the April CSC filers still not complete! At the end of this month I will be over the 6 month mark so will call to request a service request if still not approved.

I mean if you filed in April , the 6 months period ends in October, right?

The wait for approval is testing my patience....................

It's normal to get a touch a day or so after the Biometrics were taken. Now you keep the long line of us who sit and wait and wait and wait and wait. I am sure, you get the picture.

went to finger printing on 09/16/2010, it was touched on 9/17/2010 ......what do you guys suggest wait for some more time or call USCIS customer service( or Email)...

completed finger prints on 16th, checked case status online last updated on 17th , still says Initial review.....waiting for the approval.

got the finger print notice at last, scheduled for 9/16/2010. checked the case status still says initial review.

placed a service request on 8/6/2020 , called yesterday to find out any update , but got a response from the officer saying " wait 30 days"

Does the email state that or if you login to your profile on uscis website?

when i login to USCIS website.

received a email response with CRI89 number , last updated date was 8/5/2010 and the status still says" PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED", it is been almost 3 months since i filed.

I did not receive finger print appointment notice yet, opened a service request last week. also emailed , just received response for email

The CR-189 receipt number will be EACXX XXX XXXX. Your administrative file, AXX XXX XXX, is located at the USCIS Houston office, and the VSC has a request in to have it sent to us so that your cases will all be together.

called NCSC , looks bio appointment not scheduled yet! the officer i talked to sent a request asking to schedule finger prints appointment...

I E-Mailed to Vermont Service Center , with my NOA receipt number and A #. i got the following reply.

Good morning,

Your ASC appointment will be made with a center in Texas. Texas centers are experiencing a backlog, and it is taking longer than normal for biometric appointments to be scheduled..

Please allow another 30 days. If you don't hear anything by then, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

For future status inquiries of a petition or application filed at this Center you may want to utilize our National Customer Service Center by calling 1-800-375-5283. If you would like to obtain forms, filing instructions, case status or schedule an appointment with your local office, please visit our website at www.uscis.gov. After NOA i received in the end of MAY'2010 , I did not receive anything. I called the USCIS today , she told me that the finger prints appointment is not schduled yet!..any advise please.
