Congrats on NOA2! Just follow the steps on the VJ site and you are golden. If you both show up for interview, makes life easy, only a couple questions and your on your way. giev yourself at leadt 7-10 days for return trip, they have been known to be delayed in issuing visa. Only bit of extra advice, go to the civil registry and get new birth cert. each on is only good for 90 days! Good ...

We are getting married (the certificate) on Nov 17th, right before we go to the friendly between costa rica and jamaica in fort lauderdale!!!! -- la boda veinte de noviembre!

I sent a copy of her birth cert with my i129f packet, however if you did so as well, make sure you get a new copy from the national registry for the interview, as the print out you get is only good for 90 days.. if you need any help or have questions with the process after your approved, let me know. We got RFE'd for Proof of Termination of marriage. Apparently a Divorce Nisi from the civil registry is not good enough. You need the full document that is archived in the national registry that shows the judge's signature...
