    Called NVC on 8/13. NVC said our case was received on 8/13 and asked for our emails. Asked about the invoice number, and NVC said they will send us the AOS bill and DS-3032 by email

      congrats on your NOA2. My NOA1 is 5/25. Can't believe that the wait is this long. Now, are you supposed to call NVC upon receiving your NOA2? Thank you.
