I ran into this exact problem. Here is what you need to do. File your 2015 tax return ASAP. After the gets here and get her SSN you can file an amended return.
i had to file 2 amended returns. My wife would have gotten denied at the interview I hurried up and filed and got the tax transcript and sent it to her.

Waste of time don't even do that get the taxes filed ASAP because waiting longer you might have to file 2016 with out her. My wife didn't work at the time so it worked out for claiming her as an exemption when she did get here after we got her SSNumber.
This will avoid all the red tape and filing for an ITIN which she probably won't get anyway. Don't delay that 2015 any longer.

I would take the risk come here and book a hotel room some where cheap where you can stay a few weeks if that's possible until you get everything together. The documents he needs to start work should arrive in those few weeks. Once he get's documents he can start working and go find a place to rent. Use his work address for his mailing address in the mean time.

Sounds like a scam to me I would be very cautious sending money to someone you never met in person heck I have been scammed by people I did meet. I have heard other stories of close friends who met Filipinas online and they told them just send me the money for the plane ticket I will be right over and we can get married over there (USA).
This has scam written all over it. Another guy I know went there met her sent her money to support her and help her out by the time the interview came she vanished never to be heard from again. He ended up meeting someone again, but he didn't believe us either about scammers and how heartless they are. Not saying your being scammed, something sounds fishy on her end.

Congrats, Darnell is right you control the speed now. You can also check with the NVC and monitor your case. I had to keep on top of my lawyer. I think we had 1 or 2 RFE's slowed us down. Best to monitor your case yourself.

Wow buy a ticket, hop on a plane and don't be scared. You can always stay in Manila or go to her province. I have been there 1/2 dozen times. Where is she from? You can buy her a one way ticket and have her fly up and meet you in Manila. Check PAL airlines for flights. Do some more research wow it's fun going to the PI. What an adventure no visa needed for stays under 21 days.

There is a proper procedure to withdraw and cancel a petition. 3 letters 2 of which need to be certified return receipt USPS. The 3rd to the Embassy of the country your petition will end up at. You will need your name address date of birth his name address date of birth. You need the case number. Do not go into details. If you do not follow this format or you leave out an address date of birth your letter will be tossed out. If you are lucky they might return it to you. There will be no explanation as to why it is returned. Make copies of all the letters. Save the receipt from from the USPS. So you now have 6 letters 3 to send & 3 copies. They still do not have to remove it you may need a lawyer to do it for you. I withdrew 2 petitions. I have experience bad experience none-the-less.

Why are you even wasting your time with this women. Withdraw your petition. I know there are many single available women to meet. She is married to 2 men from what I have read so far and now you want to be number 3? How do you even know your now being used by her? I would run not walk away from this situation.
