    Still not getting anywhere with my RFE. 3 weeks behind now. Multiple calls to USCIS, not at all helpful. Ended up being told 2 different things, and neither one was even read. These people reject emails without ever reading them. The RFE is for fiance's divorce decree. Just one paper, nice and clear. RFE said document was not sufficient, and also send a clear and legible copy. Well...the document is the ONLY legal doc from England, and the copy was perfect. What now?

      Thank you KAandDH. I appreciate the positive thoughts.

      I don't think it's that they don't know that we are willing, I just think they get hardened to listening to people, and don't really care.

      Jadenjewel, I did email a scan of the document. I received an email back telling me not to send in my RFE documents. The reason I did, was that I was told to by an officer on the phone. They each make up their own answers. Grrrr.

      I had my fiance check at the courthouse to see if there were any other papers, signatures, or stamps that he could get. They said that was the only piece of paper they issue, with one little red stamp on it. I initially sent a "photocopy" as they said, so just tried sending it in color this time. Do you think they might have sent the RFE because of that?
