    We filed our papers on last Sept. 2009 , until now we are not recieved our NOA2, hu! hu! hu!.. what's wrong with this? anyone gets their NOA2 those filer of Sept. 2009? why we are still not getting this?

      that is terrible, because soon they will tell you that your application expired and you'll have to apply again :-(. So sorry about all this. Has your husband tried to contact the congressperson? USCIS usually answer to the congressman's inquiery in 48 hours! good luck!

      wow, you answered in Romanian ...so I am confused as in what language I should reply in... True, you haven't asked for an advice, but you posted this problem so publically, so forgive me I dared to reply. There are several things you guys can do to get ur case solved, but it's your case...and your choice. Best of luck!
