    (K-3 ) = I-129F( non-immigrant) is closed by NVC and continue the I-130 (immigrant) immediate relative processing. Hope and Pray God always guide and help us the paper work goes smoothly and protect us from harm . In God we Trust.

      not yet because we dont have NOA2 and the schedule not have gotten yet. Are you recieved the NOA2 already? The DS30 I think for the NVC after the NOA2?

      first i received that Uscis approved my I30..then NVC send me a form bout ds30...and then i signed it and send it back to them...then received again a letter from them asking to pay IV bill and AOS...and done paying it...were still waiting whats the next....
