The policy of this admin is very simple they promise something and when it does not work ..... they go out and say we did not mean it that way... ohh you did not read the fine prints.

I would suspect they are a lot more likely to be buds than say..... Bush and random companies in the oil business, yet we never stopped hearing about his "oil buddies" and how he was looking out for them.

First, it's visa fraud to use a tourist visa to enter the US with the intent to immigrate.
Second, how are you going to reconcile marrying your boyfriend, being pregnant with his child, and the current immigration situation with your husband? Marry and bona fide relationship for the first guy to get his immigration benefit, but not carrying his baby and you want an immigration benefit for the second guy based presumption that you have a bona fide relationship with him too.

Your I-20 would be expiring the date your visa is expiring.. you would need a new I-20 your school will send the request to USCIS and you should get a letter from USCIS extending your status that will also include a new I-94 (the number on both would be same but there would be a nw i-94 attached with the letter).
Normally DSO also would put in SEVIS why extra time is required besided the allocated time for the student.

This is not just visas it happens all the time in our daily life, for example At Disney handicap person were always allowed to skip the lines and get in front, some rich moms from NY found this and started renting handicap ppl to go with their families on Disney vacation so they do not have to wait in line. End result Disney discontinued allowing handicap person to skip the line…. So yes legit handicap person will have to suffer coz of the few moms from NY who did not wanted their kids to wait in line.
Same applies here as well few who have abused the visa in past make it difficult for ppl who will follow them but they do not think about the ppl who will follow them nor they care about them.
