hi guys? tanong ko lang po, may nareceived ng letter ang fiancee ko dated july 9th stating that his case is now eligible to be scheduled for a visa interview, ibig bang sabihin neto he doesn't have to wait for a packet 3? medyo naguguluhan lang ako kase some people say na may packet 3 daw dapat n marereceive ang beneficiary or di na sila magpapadala? thanks a lot, your advise is really appreciated. salamat po
