oh I don't know if that was juz a term for something-- but how do you know if it is touched? I never once used the word "touched"... could it be called something else?

A touch is when someone physically picks up your file and works on it. It could be to verify documents, order security checks, issue an RFE for missing or incomplete documents, etc.

--- If that is the case..no we didn't get an update yet wether it has been "touched" we didnt the same last time-- we just recieved letters by suprised..
