    My husband and I have been together for four years, we have been married for two. My husband was detained on our first anniversary by immigration and voluntarily departed the US for Honduras. He has been gone for 8 months. We have a two year old who misses her Daddy so much and are hoping he will be able to come home to us soon.

      yes we were denied the visa and had to file a harship waiver which is an i 601
