    Called NVC today to get an update on wether or not they have all necessary documents to complete the case. There response is they are still reviewing and it is taking up to 6 weeks. They now have had my docs. for 2.5 weeks with no response at all. Is this normal or does it appear there could be something wrong?

      Yep give it some more time, otherwise the standard reply will be given again when you call.

      My sign in failed today but the AVR still says " recieved docs on Sept. 27..wait 4-6 weeks for review...is this normal or does it take a day or two to update?

      you mean your wife doesn't receive a letter of appointment for interview yet? my petition was approved sept. 21, and my husbad called NVC too, and they said wait up to 60days, but they also said that it's possible that anytime the letter will come..
