Harpa Timsah got a reaction from narakthisud in Form I-485 denied
You received an RFE for an improper I-864. You responded with another improper I-864. They can deny if your RFE is not correct. They gave you at least 2 chances. If you had met the requirement they would not have denied you. So, sorry to say, but the requirement was not met.
If your husband did it then he should come here and ask, since just saying "it was enough" is not going to help you.
You can reapply, but you will need to figure out exactly where you went wrong and rectify the situation. It sucks, but it is fixable. Good luck.

He is not something you bought at the mall. You made him a permanent resident and now he has the same right to live in the US as all others.
Must be a troll.

Yes it does. Anyone can get married in the US.

Harpa Timsah reacted to cdneh in teenage married
I can't say for certain that she would. She will be in a new country, with no familiar friends or family about, perhaps unable to understand the language. And as far as having more rights, access to domestic violence resources and the ability to pursue the American dream and all that good stuff, how would she even know those things are available to her? All that is going to depend, and depend greatly, on the husband.
I don't know any 15 year olds who know their own minds well enough to decide who they want to marry. Is it an arranged marriage? Did she ever have any say in it at all?

I'm aware of this, but I don't personally agree. I also normally never pass judgement on any applicants in this forum but in this case I will. It's a sad state of the world where children's rights haven't come further.. but that's a discussion for another forum

Harpa Timsah got a reaction from Cathi in Losing motivation
You can submit a service request on the EAD and AP which can get your working. They will take action past 90 days. I hope the document that was returned was not your EAD but I have a feeling it was. Wait a couple of says then call back, ask for a Tier 2 person, and demand (nicely) a service request on the EAD and AP.

Harpa Timsah got a reaction from EM_Vandaveer in Wierd RFE from USCIS - Bona Fide Father/Daughter Relationship
Doesn't matter what the dates are (post-marriage birth, etc). The discrepancy is enough to make them think that this person is not her real father. It is fairly common that people try to petition for other people that are not really their relatives using falsified documents.

Harpa Timsah got a reaction from Ksenia_O in Is wearing a suit to the interview really a bad thing?
The point of the interview is to be yourself and take it seriously. If he wears a suit every day then that is him being himself. A suit is also serious enough; it's not pajamas and therefore appropriate for an interview. Don't worry any more about it.

Harpa Timsah reacted to SunflowerSweet in K1 visa for the second time for the same person in less than 1 year
That's a nice opinion and all, but since OP already entered through their POE and the CBP office who had the actual authority to determine whether there was intent decided there wasn't so... Kind of a moot point that makes it seem like you just want to stir the pot.OP can file to Adjust. No one here has to agree with it personally, but your moral opinions or whatever really aren't relevant at all since that's the fact of the matter.

Harpa Timsah got a reaction from Diamond507 in Where would you move?
I just knew that in this thread would Texans recommending to move to Texas. Ask yourself: Do you want to move to a state where it is legal to bring a gun to school? And Texas elementary textbooks change history to be more complimentary to the US and Texas, teaching America = good always even when it's not true.

Food for thought, since you have a choice.
I think your approach is sound, though. Good luck! (I'd move closer to family).

Harpa Timsah reacted to ready4ONE in Donald Trump's false cry-baby election recount tweet
Why would White middle and lower class Americans vote for a con man, tax and service dodger, supporter of US steel workers who buys Chinese steel, supporter of US workers that hires and/or marries illegal aliens but wants all the rest of the illegals deported?
So many questions.

Harpa Timsah reacted to ready4ONE in Donald Trump's false cry-baby election recount tweet
Why are you, The Donald, and the rest of the merry henchmen so unwilling to prove illegals didn't vote for Trump?
Where there's smoke there's fire. Just saying...

this whole premise that 'the feds' were once evil but under trump 'the feds' will miraculously turn into champions of justice for real americans™ is just mind boggling.

No. From the story we can't determine if there was via fraud or not. Most people misunderstand what that means.

Harpa Timsah reacted to Sandra G. in Holding off filing AOS from K-1 Fiance Visa question
We are our choices. As an advocate for victims of domestic violence I would say if the victims decide to act just when something is happening then most of them would be dead.I don't see a victim of a scammer different than a victim of DV because at end they are abused in the same way just in different forms.
We don't have to wait for something to happen to take action, it's wise to see the red flags and act asap,it's in your hands
Good luck.
