I have my 6 year old son with my KI/K2 application. Does it mean, i will need to bring him too during the interview? Pay an application fee for the 2 of us at BDO or just mine? Lastly, do i need to file DS 156, DS 156k and 157 for him too? Please advise, many thanks!
my fiance has 2 children and when I read the fine print on those forms...I am reading that DS-230 part 1 for each X1 and signed...DS-157 for each X2...DS-156K for you fiance only X2 (do not sign)...Please check the instructions in your packet though...Good luck!
