i got approved last jan 10 and no visa yet on hand. how long does it take for the visa to arrive?

the box is kinda expensive as i checked also with other courier;. 2Go has a box wherein you can send a parcel of upto 2.5kilos for about 2K plus.

please check aslo the rate when you get the chance. i myself wanted to send some items to my fiancee but fortunately, i have friends who happen to visit chicago and nagpapadala nalang ako sa kanila.

yup, call everyday. morning and afternoon. i already got a slot for JAN 10, DOne with the medical exam.

she can try to get a tourist visa. thats what i did bec my fiance cannot take a leave at that time so its me who have spare vacation leaves to take. but i got visited him before we filed the K1.

applying for a tourist visa is not a guarantee though but go and try.

we have the same case. my fiancee called twice and they kept on tellin gus to call after 120 days!!!! so 120 days will be come Aug 8 and i ope they have something for us by that time since we waited this long.

i am not sure if we have the same case but its been a month since NVC got our papers. in the USCIS website, its says " USCIS office received this case from the State Department"

my fiancee emailed NVC and they said they returned our documents to INS. they already returned the documents to us last march 9 bec my fiancee overlooked section C of the application form.

My question is, shall we call NVC to check if we calready have our manila case #? this is becoming so confusing and the waiting time is now draggin to take longer.

May 2009 - met in person ( i went to the States)

Nov 9, 2009 - filed I-129F

Nov 13, 2009 - NOA1

Jan 28, 2010 - Approved

Feb 12, 2010 - NVC received

March 8, 2010 - USCIS returned the papers to us to complete Sec C of the Petition

March 13, 2010 - They approved it again

April 14-25, 2010 - Fiance Visited Manila (had a great time with Family and friends)

April 8, 2010 - USCIS office received this case from the State Department

UNTIL NOW - we dont have anyword from they yet

i have a 6yr old son and he will follow to join. my question is, shall i bring him with me during the medical? i still dont have my Manila Case number yet thou and my concern is the time he needs to file for the visa.

can my parents go to the embassy for his visa? i dont understand the follow to join procedure. i hope you guys can help me here.
