    mistake on DS-230 form

    My case has already forwarded to the embassy besides I am in category II of NVC (applicant of category II countries have to submit DS230 I & II again because NVC do not schedule their interviews that is the core reason I can’t do nothing at this point)

    But you are from Canada and Canada is in category I (NVC will schedule your interview)

    Did you contact NVC yet? Try to call ‘em hopefully they will advice you better.

    Please let us know if you find something informative.

    I am usually not a big fan of forwarding emails, but I think the idea below is worth considering!

    Calling everyone going thru Islamabad Embassy, version 2.0

    Salam all

    Can anyone please answer the following questions?

    1, the list of documents/forms/paper the beneficiary (now the applicant) will get from Islamabad embassy once NVC forwarded CR1 case to embassy (I need list forms/documents/papers in package 3.5 to applicant from embassy?

    2, DS230 part I has already submitted to NVC then why applicant/beneficiary has to submitted again part I and when?

    A, in the response of package 3.5 in orders to get interview letter? Or

    B, take them (DS230 I & II) at time of interview?

    It will be great if anyone briefly describe the Embassy ‘s process flow.

    Which visa you are talking about? My case has just forwarded to embassy from NVC on April 19th. Inshallah if all goes well with grace of Almighty then my wife will be schedule for her interview around June or July timeframe. I am planning to bug my Senator John CRAYNON’s office for early appointment at embassy.

    May Lord Almighty will resolve everyone immigration issues.

    I used to have razacomm accounts years ago but I always encountered with out of technical issues. Chicago based technical support never helped me in a good way. Poor technical staff J

    I have been using ORATEL to make call to Pakistan (direct connection no PIN no connection charges) direct call via Virginia based number 17cents anytime it is superb.

    For incoming calls from Pakistan I used “click2dial” it is awesome. One fixed monthly rate plan and you will get unlimited calls on your home or cell. Caller in Pakistan will bear the local call charge.

    It is great!! Isn’t it?
