Setting an appointment online, doesn't really works for immigrant, because they will not conduct an interview without the files.

You can proceed to medical. Medical doesn't have appointment. But only the NVC will set an appointment interview.

It is the Affidavit of Support of your co-sponsor that needed to be sign.

It depends on your service center. Most of the time they require a medical exam from civil surgeon.

CENOMAR means Certificate of no marriage. She needs to bring it during her interview. It is very important proof that she's never been married.

If she's arriving this Nov.14th (on the day her visa expired). She still have 90 days to get married.

There is no problem using her passport with her non-married name. She just need to bring her GC and marriage contract, based on my experience.
