Married more than a year now. Did K3 visa had interview in December they make us come back for second interview and said marriage was fraud and sent papers back. Got home and lawyer did nothing fired her. Called NVC and they said because I had approved I-130 i could go ahead and file a cr-1 visa because papers were lost from consulate could not find by using diplomatic pouch number and had nothing on file for return of papers. Nor did I ever receive a denial letter and even filed a request and still never got a letter. They said there was approved I-130 and nothing had been done with it so I could start the process. I paid fees and sent first packet of documents and 2 days before they got the packet the papers were requested to USCIS for review. The papers I sent were forwarded to USCIS. I tried to find out what happen and I got an email saying the same in review. When I called I got the same answer. I did finally have a sorce get me information that the officer had denied the I-129 and that they wanted to review to make sure there would be no problems if they send the I-130 threw for appointment of interview. So now I wait and was told this wait can be 180 days to finish review. I am so sick of waiting. I hate this wait more and more every day. I married to be with my husband not live and ocean apart. Please can any one tell me what can happen next and what I can do to finish this and get my husbands visa so we can start our life!
