We've been told on these forums and by the SSA to use the one on NOA2. I think I'm just going to do this. I can't be arsed to call and try to point out to the goverment that they screwed up. I'll attach an explanation with the AOS packet in case they get confused.

I like how you've ignored several salient points in this debate. It just shows that you are blindly guided by your own ideology [something you accuse those Tea Baggers of doing, I'm sure].

Yes, health insurance companies make profits. Is there something wrong with that?
But for you to be able to understand why they would charge more in premiums when mandated by the new law to cover pre-existing conditions, remove lifetime caps and cover dependents up to 26 years of age, you'd have to understand how insurance works. That's something I doubt you do understand, since you think premiums are just arbitrarily charged.

I have great insurance, I just have to shoulder some of the burden. I'm ok with that, by the way.
I ran the numbers, the HMO option was way too expensive, $376/month for my wife and me plus a $30 co-pay each time we go to the doctor and the hassle of having to get referrals, not being able to go out of network, etc.. I pay $143.30 for a $5k ded PPO plan, I get the first $2k from my employer, so I have to make up the other $3000 ded portion. Since we're having a kid this year, we'll definitely incur the $5k ded. So yeah, I pay $143.30/month for my plan + $250 month to pre pay (tax free) my portion of the deductible.
So I'm not terribly sympathetic to public sector union members crying about how they'll have to pay more for their health insurance and it's still less than $200/month with a low deductible [if any at all].

It would be nice if our representatives actually represented the will of the people in their districts and stopped playing political games.
I think the only way to get this done is to set term limits on representatives and Senators. 2 terms for reps, 1 term for senators. Lawmakers should not be making this a career. It wasn't intended to be a career in the first place. We'd also save some $$ if we stopped giving them retirement and health care for life after they leave Congress. Then, if that happens, people like you and me would have a more realistic shot at representing people in our respective districts/states.

There's no good argument against that. None at all.

That's all Obama is, just a charismatic charlatan. Prior to becoming president he had zero leadership or executive experience. He doesn't know what he's doing and while oil has been spilling out in the gulf coast, he's gone on 2 vacations, played golf, basketball and attended fundraisers.
