    : RFE is for me to re do my medical examination, because thanks to them, they lost it!

      oh no that stinks so bad!! well hopefully after they receive the new one it won't take long for you to get ur green card!

      Same with mine; the agent at USCIS told me to send back the RFE notice with the details of when it was sent from my POE. I had the name of who signed for it, the address where it was sent, the date received, and a confirmation. I'm scared they'll send another RFE, but THEY lost it! Crazy. I wouldn't have been allowed in on my K1 if I didn't have a clear medical report!
