Just thought about coming back here to update my situation.
After 2 days after I posted this, I checked my case at USCIS, and for the first time there was a status for my case (Initial Review). So, I called USCIS to try to have a service request opened (since the excuse they used for not opening one, was because my case was not found online), anyway, so I called them and they opened a service request for my Biometrics delay, and 4 days later I got my biometrics appointment on the mail!

I called USCIS last friday too! They told me the same thing. Since I have not reached the 5 months mark, they told me to wait. WHAT?!?!?!?! My case is being processed, okay about that...so why people that have just sent their petition (January 2011 & February 2011 Fillers) have received their approvals? Makes no sense. Insane!

Yes, you can honeymoon in a US territory without your fiance having advanced parole. Just make sure you do not take any sort of a cruise where you might (even accidentally) leave the soil of the territory.
