Sometimes it is better to have those translations and send them in instead of getting an RFE because the person who reviewed your file decided that they wanted translations.

K- What date did you send in the new translations? What date did you send in the AOS I-864 stuff? It might be best to speak to an operator on Monday to figure out what is going on for sure Nothing you can do for now until you make sure they really need something else from you

You have to wait for the NVC completes your case (maybe a few weeks) and then assigns an interview. You can contact the Embassy after your interview has been scheduled and see if they can move the date up. Some times it works and some times it doesn't. I would look at other people's time lines to get a rough estimate of how much longer it will take to get an interview.

Usually unless you are contacted to do a biometrics appointment, the CR1's don't do they biometrics appointment.

What biometrics appointment are you referring to?
