I been in usa since march 1997, i met my wife in 2001 in texas and since then we are together, i took a voluntary deportation in 2006 and came home after almost 10 years for my final interview at islamabad. i had interview in march 2007 i believed, and co was a pakistani guy , he was nice and talk to me in english and went through our pictures, ask about our relation ship and also look it my daughter birth certificate and ask more question about our relation and then he said every thing is fine but you will have to file the waiver and i filed the waiver and received the waiver approval in aug 2008 and sice then damn AP
