I think your "tell" is how you continue to try to justify yourself. If your foulness is indeed only my problem, then there's nothing to add. You are at utter peace with your rejection, with prejudice, of most of the world. So why are you still talking? I certainly don't matter. Is it because I'm white? Picture me as brown. That will clear right up.
Nah, you want to win an argument. Bad news bears: your "argument" will never hold water with anyone who has any true integrity. Your central stance is a dead philosophy, never growing, never changing, rooted in hate and exclusion, borne of ignorance and bias and resentment, bearing rotten fruit. Your legacy is smallness and hate, nothing more.

I was asking as in, "somebody put me in a straightjacket because I'm freaking." Not because of the post itself. Awareness of my own breaking-through of as*hole in response to crazy. And hyperbolic/sarcastic, obv.
But I don't know about just bowing out, at the same time. There are upright humanoids declaring justified hate against enormous entire blameless groups. TOS you say? Basic decency?

And you with your pathetic bandwagon, coat-tailing the most feeble-minded yet vicious bully in school because you *wish* you could be so singularly hateful. Shame--less on your lazy hate and more on your slavish sorry routine. An opinion based on race would be as nonsensical as judging you for the deluded Bee Gees revival-style metallic Outfit of Sadness in your pic.
Somebody close this thread before I lose it. More.

I can't even finish reading the thread before I respond to this. This is your "people are people" argument writ large into utter diabolical absurdity. You have completely lost the plot. You have constructed a laughable specious world view as a way to forgive your own hate, and it is the most cowardly, hubris-ridden, intellectually and soulfully bankrupt thing I've heard in memory.

Nice attempt to justify your actions there Mr. Duke. Actually, there is a right to not be discriminated against, in the workplace. Seeing as workplace discrimination is the topic of this thread, i'll ask you to stop trying to hijack this thread toward a nebulous discussion on how ostracizing bigots is racism, which it is not.

Oh yes, thanks for the correction. Being anti-Muslim is totally acceptable these days.
How about being anti-black? Or anti-Christian?
You've got to be kidding me if you think these positions are ok.

I know the -1 button has been debated already. But I was wondering if it or something like it could be implemented selectively for the regular information-based forums so that misinformation could be highlighted in an efficient way.
I get that adding a -1 in off topic areas might start a bunch of silliness but, as it stands in some other forums, misinformation must be argued out of a place of attention for the OP, clogging up threads with back-and-forth: "No, what so and so is incorrect, let's start over..."
If we could tag a post with a little "Um no" sort of indicator, OPs could easily identify helpful information while ignoring stuff that threatens to throw them off course.
The tagging privilege could be reserved for those with a great deal of experience, like "platinum members" or higher or whatever. I notice it's usually newer members who casually toss out utterly false info. I've done it myself once or twice, cringe.
It takes time and energy to physically go in and post corrective info, so it doesn't always happen right away, as it should. An easy button click would resolve this. As it is now, the OP must rely on their own judgment as to who is most trustworthy. When you're already wracked with uncertainty regarding the process, this simple act of discernment can be much harder.
This would also preclude the need to overtly call someone out on their mistakes, by name, and alienate or embarrass them. Most mistakes are innocent ones.
Has this already been covered? Sorry if so. It comes up for me because of a recent post in K1 that's riddled with random bad advice and subsequent attempts at correction, threatening to cause the OP added stress and confusion. We sit at the computer screen shaking our heads "no," but feel sort of helpless to catch all the riffraff. A No-button would be a solution, in my opinion.

Yeah, it's funny how the SEIU has become the RWN's next target since ACORN no longer exists. The Right hates, HATES unions and will do anything and everything they can to make them out as some kind of evil that is ruining America. The irony is that these Right Wing yahoos don't even realize how much the unions helped build the Middle Class after WWII, many of whom are beneficiaries of those unions.

It looks good to go. Passport pages OR a BC are all you need and mine was sent as B & W copies and they were fine. Also, as the poster above me said, make several duplicate copies of exactly what you sent in.
To some of the other and newer posters...
If you are not 100% CRYSTAL CLEAR on the directions you are giving out, it's better to research and THEN post then it is to post what you *think* is the right answer. Please be very careful as your advice could adversely effect another couple!

It's moronic and a couple other things too. Nobody got sweaty over McCain's more anomalous birth story, if it's really just an honest curiosity. It's really so very confounding! But let's spend the next however many years bleating about Obama's birth certificate anyway. Just to be, you know, thorough.

    1. Write your check to United States Department of Homeland Security--don't abbreviate it.
    2. Make sure your cover letter has a table of contents listing all the documents in your packet, in the order in which they are arranged.
    3. Uhhuh.
    4. I would stay away from staples except where you're fixing plastic bags to plain paper. USCIS is going to take the whole thing apart and reorganize it according to their own needs, and when they do that they're going to use a two-hole punch file folder. If you staple, it might rip some pages when they dismantle it. You can help them by two-hole punching the top of each page, then collating related documents with an Acco clip or a paper clip.
    5.-7. Uhhuh.
    8. Don't staple it to the G-325. Staple the plastic bag to a separate sheet of white paper. You can clip that page together with the G-325 if you like.
    9. Right
    10. No notarization needed. Back and front copies of the BC.
You still don't need your chats and emails. At all.
Use return receipt when you send by USPS. You can choose overnight if you want; that's fast. The address you have is the correct one--if you're sending by USPS. So send by USPS.

ya, having a job is a problem, but
not during the initial filing of the I-129F petition.
I say, go ahead and file, job or no job,
but have the job prior to interview day
    and
remember - the I-134 is filed and evaluated ON interview day - so yer USCitizen fiancee has anywhere from 6 to 9 months after she returns to USA, to actually land that job and get some serious coin. It's useful to study the timeticks on a K-1 timeline for Manila, get some deep understanding of what happens/when.
For amounts - study the I-864-P document - as the VOs in Manila use that same document for evaluating income .
Sometimes, a co-sponser is allowed, no clue about the reasoning for allowing (but read the reviews here)
Instead of thinking of 'vacation time' away from job -
instead, ask yer lass to investigate
    unpaid sabattical or
    unpaid leave of abscence
from her job, through the HR department or the Big Boss.
IMO, having a job on returning cuts out a lot of silliness,
and an 'unpaid leave of abscence' is not so difficult to secure back at the company. Do bear in mind, though, that any unpaid leave of absence MUST BE NEGOTIATED prior to leaving.
