aleful got a reaction from Boiler in Studying abroad for 2 years as an LPR and preserving continuous residency
    hi

not possible, you must live here as a LPR, you will have problemas if you live abroad and come here for a few days every 6 months. you will need to file a reentry permit, you can live abroad up to 2 years without loosing your residency

you have to file the i131 before you leave, since you will have to take the biometrics, you can return and renew it for another 2 years if needed.

you won't be able to file for naturalization but it will allow you to study abroad. by living 2 years abroad anyway, you wouldn't be able to apply to citizenship anyway

nope, you're married and you probably aged out anyway,

spouses and minor children are derivatives and children must remain unmarried. once you married, you were left out of the petition

immigration doesn't know you're married, once you married, your uncle should have notified immigration,

so they shouldn't pay for you

    hi

nope, there are no derivatives in parent's petitions, siblings are filed separately

your mom should file for your brother when she comes here, you should file as soon as possible

so she can in turn file for your brother and get the GC before he turns 21, it will be really close or maybe not good enough.

    hi

sorry, but you can't petition a GC for her, only US Citizens can petition for parents

she can try to get a tourist visa, on her own merits to visit you from time to time, but there is nothing you need to do on your part

you can fill out the form for her, but the rest is on her, she will need to show strong ties to her country

the petition takes over 7 years of waiting

so it may take 5 or 6 years for the affidavit of support to be needed,

so his or her income might be enough by the time you need to file the affidavit of support, and assets might not even be needed, who knows

they are too far away from needing the affidavit of support, so don't worry about it for now

3, so the minimum is over 26k for a household of 3, if there aren't any other dependents

you are counting, the petitioner, the spouse and the beneficiary, a household of 3

the main reason for bringing a family member to the US is for family reunification, if the petitioner doesn't live in the US, there is no reunification to begin with,

the petitioner has to have a US domicile, proof of living in the US, filing taxes

why would your father petition you to be with him if he no longer lives in the US? His primary residence is Pakistan now.

    hi

you are her strongest tie, as she stated, her daughter is 26 and can take care of herself, she can take care of the business and properties for her as well.  the questions were about the daughter and the importance of her age, since she will inherit the business, she can take care of the business for her for now and then the business will be her own in the future. she is old enough to be in charge of everything she has, and administrate it while your wife comes to live with you in the US.

she can come here and adjust status, I don't believe they think it is fake, but that she can immigrate to the US because of you. This is most likely somewhat their thinking for the denials, travel more and wait for things to change before applying again

    hi

no need for assets since she will have a joint sponsor, and also your wife is still the primary sponsor as the petitioner, and she will need to file her own i864

assets are used instead of a joint sponsor. but if she is going to have a joint sponsor, no need for assets
