    The NOA-2 date is good rough approximation for 'visa left VSC a week later'. IMO, call NVC, get a human, about 2 weeks after the NOA-2 date, inquire for case status, get GUZ #. Then, each week after that, call DOS hotline, get a Human, inquire for case status with the GUZ #.
