All this time the Embassy had lost my case and have not done anything now they found it and want to send for name checks. are you kidding me?! 4 months of my case being lost, who knows how much longer we will have to wait now.
I predict 3 months, if 'normal processing' on namechecks. Some kind soul at the Embassy could ask for an expedite, have it done faster, but you won't know that, directly. Perhaps the atty could request namechecks in expedite, but prolly won't know or think to ask about it.
