Our Story
We are working through final year of two year home rule. I'm working to keep my step daughter here in US but I need to get waiver of two-year home rule- her passport tied to mom's. It's now 5/2011 and 212(e) 2-yr rule is over for Fang. But....the daughter needs a waiver. She never went back..... Wonder if I can get a Non contest waiver from Chinese Embassy?
