I got his ticket from UAE to Seattle, from the states so the only ticket he had to get was the one from Iraq to UAE

I was thinking Washington D.C. since that his where is first entry to the USA would be.

In my opinion, calling cards are irrelevant because there is no evidence that you used the calling cards to call him nor how long each call was or when each call took place. Focus your evidence on primary evidence - passport stamps, hotel receipts, flight schedules. Then focus on things like e-mails, letters, cards with envelops, etc.

Why are you sending your school schedules?

Because after we got married the reason i got back like a week after we got married its because i had to start school

just make sure he wont forget his birth certificate (orignal+ translation) , police records

I see where you are coming from and what your point is. I don't think that they will change your interview date because you want to be with your hubby on Christmas day. It wouldn't hurt to try either, you would have to contact the US embassy in your country to change it and thats if they would change it and have a spot open.

Also I kinda agree with Wyatt said you should be glad and thankful that you got an interview date that quick after your case got completed. And it is VERY TRUE that there is couples out there that have had their case completed for the past 3-4 months and they still don't have an interview date....

My husband is having an interview in December and the NVC says that I have to email the embassy for instructions for the medical exam. I have emailed the embassy like 3 times since I have gotten the interview date but they are not responding to my emails or nothing and I want my husband to get prepared and stuff.

What should I do, wait some more?

Don't send in your DS-230 packet yet with out paying the $400 fee first it will delay the processing of your visa, pay it when it becomes available, and print the cover sheet out then mail it in.
