I called the day before yesterday (since I've been waiting over 3 months now) and was told that they are only on October 28th for NYC. Yesterday I got a text message saying I've been scheduled for interview. Still haven't received the letter. Finally things are moving along. I know how frustrating it is, jonoger1984, but soon enough you'll get that message. Good luck.

The USCIS’s field office processing time shown online is two months behind the actual processing time. If you look at it, you will see that the last time it was updated was in April, showing “September” as the date the last case was processed. This means the actual case being processed currently is November, which puts your application to finish processing in 3 months (the actual oath included). This means it’s possible you can get scheduled for interview next month or two. Besides, the online processing time isn’t always accurate. For example, my field office (buffalo) is currently processing a case from November (two months behind will put it in January) but I got schedule for interview in May and will take the oath on June 19. There are several cases on here where the USCIS representative told them the same thing you were told, yet, they had their interviews scheduled the next month or so. Just thought that I share this.

I'm in Wichita and was curious if our field office was comparable to ones around here, so I looked up the stats at http://dashboard.uscis.gov/
The OKC office has almost five times more cases, but similar completions per month, hence the lag.
